Questions creators ask before they subscribe
What changes between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly plans bill every month. Yearly plans bill once for the year at a lower effective price, but subscription credits are still granted monthly according to your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits are granted per cycle, and unused credits expire at the end of that cycle.
Do I need an account before checkout?
Yes. If you are not signed in, selecting a plan will open the login flow before checkout starts.
Can I cancel or request a refund later?
Yes. You can cancel renewal at period end from billing settings. Refund requests for subscription purchases must be submitted within 24 hours and before more than 50 subscription credits are used. Add-on credits are non-refundable.
Which plan should I start with?
Standard is best for getting started and making short clips. Pro fits creators producing 1-2 complete works with higher output. Ultra is for larger-scale production and faster team throughput.
