1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of MkAnime ("we", "us", the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who May Use the Services

  • If you are not old enough to consent, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
  • You may not use the Services where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Your Account

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share, transfer, or sell your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

4. The Services and AI Content

MkAnime provides tools that may use artificial intelligence to help you create, edit, or generate content such as images, video, audio, scripts, and related materials.

  • Input: information and materials you submit (for example, prompts, text, images, or video).
  • Output: content generated by the Services based on your Input.

AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing Output before using or sharing it.

5. Paid Services, Credits, and Payments

We may offer paid features, subscriptions, or credits ("Paid Services"). Pricing and plan details are shown in the product experience at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.

  • Payment processing: payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Auto-renewal: if you enable auto-renewal, your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date (as described in your account settings or checkout flow).
  • Taxes: taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.
  • Refunds: except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. If credits are provided or consumed, refund eligibility may be limited.

6. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, upload, generate, or share through the Services ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.

Sensitive information

Do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, government IDs, full payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data) in prompts or uploads.

License to operate the Services

To provide the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for:

  • operating and maintaining the Services,
  • generating Output you request,
  • ensuring safety, security, and abuse prevention, and
  • complying with legal obligations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
  • upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections of the Services;
  • scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services using automated means without authorization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users; or
  • use the Services to develop or train competing models or services, unless permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Services, including the software, design, and branding, except for Your Content. MkAnime and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for Third-Party Services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if necessary to protect the Services, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
