Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are available only for subscription purchases and must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you have used more than 50 subscription credits at the time of the request, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If you have used 50 subscription credits or fewer within the first 24 hours after purchase, you may request a refund.
- Add-on credits are non-refundable.
2. How to request a refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and want to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@mkanime.ai.
- Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
- Submit the request within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Refund review and processing
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as reasonably possible. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. How to cancel your subscription
If you want to stop future renewals, please follow these steps:
- Go to the
Profilepage. - Click
Manage Subscription. - Use the Stripe subscription management page that opens to cancel your active subscription.
If your subscription is already scheduled to end at the close of the current billing period, the product may show a "Canceling at period end" status. Canceling your subscription does not automatically grant a refund; refund requests must still meet the eligibility rules above.
5. Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights that apply under mandatory law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
